My name is Manon. I am 23, and I am a huge potterhead, as you have probably noticed already. I love Ginny Weasley to bits and pieces, and I'm a hardcore Harry/Ginny shipper. Seriously, it gets pretty intense.

Other things I like include Doctor Who, the Hunger games and Veronica Mars. I am slightly addicted to the musical "Wicked".

This is a personal blog, but I post about 95% Harry Potter . The other 5% is a mixture of personal posts, Doctor Who and The Hunger Games. I like making gifs.

  • So, this is my FAQ, apparently! Here we go…

    • What is your name? Manon
    • Where are you from? I’m from the Netherlands
    • Do you ship Ron/Hermione? Not really. I mean, I do think they’re meant to be together, but I just don’t really care too much about them
    • Do you ship Rupert/Emma? No. They’re real people with real lives and real feelings. Let them figure it out for themselves and stop being a creepy freak, for fuck’s sake.
    • Why do you ship Harry/Ginny? Why do you like to breathe?
    • What is your favorite ship? Harry/Ginny, hands down.
    • Do you like Bonnie Wright? Yes, I do. It’s not her fault that Kloves and Yates character raped Ginny. She did the best she could with the screen time she had.
    • Who’s your favorite character? It’s probably a tie between Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley. They’re both very strong characters. 
    • Do you follow back? No, and especially not if someone ASKS me to. Huge pet peeve of mine.  
    • Why didn’t you answer my message? Sometimes I get a lot of messages just saying “I love your blog” or “I ship Harry/Ginny too!”. I really do appreciate all the messages I get, but I try not to spam my dash with basically the same message over and over again, sorry. Also, i will NOT answer any ANON technical questions (e.g about gif making). Come off anon and I will answer them privately. 
    • What program do you use to make gifs? I use screenium & photoshop CS5, and no, I don’t know where you can download them. 
    • Where did you learn to make gifs? I learned using THIS tutorial
    • Do you have a tutorial for making graphics? No I don’t. My advice would be to just mess around with photoshop until you have something that doesn’t completely suck. It’s what I do. Minus the last part, because mine often suck. 
    • Do you take gif requests? Every now and then. If I do, i’ll post it on my blog, so keep an eye out for it.
    • What languages do you speak? I speak Dutch and English. I DO NOT speak Spanish or Portuguese, so please don’t send me messages in those languages. It will only annoy me.
